LEADERSHIP POSITIONS

Home Visit Admin

Our Home Visit Admin will review incoming applications for foster and adoptive homes and work with our team of Home Visit Volunteers to connect applicants with a qualified volunteer to conduct a virtual home visit.  Home visits are an important part of meeting prospective families to ensure our animals have a safe and loved landing spot or forever home.  This is a virtual opportunity, and training will be provided.

Veterinary Records Manager

The Veterinary Records Manager will support TCPR’s mission by ensuring all animals receive our standard veterinary care, as well as any specialized care recommended, prior to adoption. Successful candidates will be very organized and should be comfortable working with a virtual team, making veterinary appointments, and entering records.  A friendly customer service attitude and strong attention to detail is needed!

SUPPORT POSITIONS

Supplies Delivery Volunteers

We are seeking Supplies Delivery volunteers to distribute pet supplies for our foster animals to four hubs in the TC metro area.  You will be responsible for a once monthly supply distribution assignment, starting at our storage facility in Oakdale and delivering requested supplies to our Maplewood, North Loop, Nokomis, and Bloomington supply hubs.  Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 pounds is necessary.

Home Visit Volunteers

We are seeking Home Visit volunteers to help us ensure a safe, healthy, and appropriate environment for TCPR animals in their foster and adoptive homes. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all home visits are being conducted virtually.  Computer or smartphone with reliable internet and comfort using video meeting software is needed.  No experience necessary. Training will be provided.

Events Coordinators & Volunteers

Our Events Team plans and hosts a number of fundraising and adoption events each month. As an Events volunteer, you will become an ambassador for TCPR. Opportunities include:

Event Coordinators: event planning for fundraisers, community events, and adoption events
Event Leads: day-of event point of contact responsible for set-up, tear down, and event oversight
