Twin Cities Pet Rescue is a small animal rescue organization that is predominantly run by dedicated volunteers. ADOPTION EVENT COORDINATOR
We are seeking one or more Adoption Event Coordinators to schedule, coordinate, and manage our adoption events. This position will require approximately 5-10 hours per week. Adoption Event Coordinators may be required to attend adoption events approximately 1-2 times per month. Each event runs for 2 hours, but 30-45 minutes before and after each event is needed for set-up and tear-down. Adoption Event Coordinators should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be well-organized. No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
VETERINARY RECORDS MANAGER
We are seeking one or more Veterinary Records Managers to help maintain the records of our foster animals. Veterinary Records Managers will work closely with the organization’s Medical Director, Director of Dog Programs, and Director of Cat Programs to ensure each animal’s veterinary file stays up-to-date.
This position will require approximately 5-10 hours per week. Veterinary Records Managers must have strong organizational and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with veterinary records and common cares provided to dogs and cats is preferred. Training will be provided.
We are seeking one or more Animal Transport Coordinators to help support our foster animals by coordinating transportation to veterinary appointments, adoption events, and other events. This position will require approximately 5-10 hours per week. Transport Coordinators should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and be familiar with the Twin Cities area. No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
HOME VISIT COORDINATOR
We are seeking one or more Home Visit Coordinators to help support our Foster and Adoption Coordinators by arranging home visits for potential foster and adoptive families. This position will require approximately 5-10 hours per week. Home Visit Coordinators should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and be familiar with the Twin Cities area. No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The Director of Operations is the primary position to ensure that Animals, fosters and volunteers responsible for the transport and care of the animals is held in the highest regard. The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the foster and adoption programs of the organization. Other key duties include collaborating with volunteers, and community outreaches in the capacity of volunteer recruitment and reporting to the Executive Director the details of the day to day operations. The Director of Operations is expected to embody TCPR’s mission and vision statements. The position reports directly to Executive Director. Further details on this role can be found here
