General Event Volunteer

Attend events-these may be adoption or fundraising events.    Be available to help set up and clean up, sell merchandise, answer questions about the rescue and adoptable pets, run games/activities for fundraising.  Attend virtual and in person planning meetings as needed.  Events are typically 2-4 hours long and we have 2-4 events per month, typically on weekends or weekday evenings.  We use the app Slack to communicate events and details.  Volunteering at events is a great way to learn about our rescue and have exposure to other opportunities.
